+ HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status in real time by entering order number and email address that was used during the checkout process into our order tracking system on the Track Order page.

Note: The tracking number will be delivered once the manufacturing process is completed and the item is shipped, which will take a few days. Remember, we sell hand made, custom designed products which means it is manufactured to your order.

We ship world wide.

+ WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

All items in our store have processing times of 3-7 days after your order is placed. Specialty and custom products ordered are individually processed, the manufacturing process takes a few days and generally they are being shipped in a week.

The actual shipping times vary due to weather, holidays and customs processing which is outside of our control and we cannot guarantee exact shipping times, only estimates.

Most orders arrive in less time than indicated.

Orders are expected to arrive between 2-4 weeks world wide.

+ WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping Rates will vary by product with most domestic US rates ranging from Free Shipping - $9.95 USD with delivery to all US states regardless where the item need to be delivered.

Foreign Shipping Rates will vary by product and location and may also include Free and Flat Rate shipping costs

Taxes and Duty: We, Uptown Smart, is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We, Uptown Smart, will not be responsible for any outstanding Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

+ DO YOU HAVE A QUALITY GUARANTEE ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

Please contact us if there is a problem with your purchase at support@uptownsmart.com. With some customized specialty products we may request the product be returned to us and we will replace it.

Custom designed and printed products are quality inspected but in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product we will re-manufacture and re-ship it to you free of charge.

+ WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

We are not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at the destination country and...

  • the customer refuses to accept the package

  • no attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the pagage

We, Uptown Smart, reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

If your item has not been delivered within 30 days of your original purchase date and our Tracking investigation shows no movement in their system, we will refund your payment.

If your item has not been delivered within 45 days of your original purchase date and our Tracking investigation shows your package coming in a reasonable amount of time we will not be able to issue a refund.

+ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If 30 days has passed since receipt of the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Personalized merchandise cannot be returned due to your misspelling or incorrect size selection.

Customer Shipping Address Responsibility Policy: We understand that "typos" do happen from time to time. In the event that a customer enters the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address. We, Uptown Smart, cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order.

+ WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We have a very simple return policy.

We will replace or refund your purchase if there is a manufacturer defect. Manufacturer defects include things such as rips, tears, holes, faded or incorrect image printing.

The customer is responsible for paying for the item return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if it is not paid upfront by the customer.

+ I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL... WHAT'S NEXT?

Please check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email ended up there. If you find our confirmation email in your Spam or Junk email folder then please make our email white listed so can receive our emails.

+ I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT I ONLY RECEIVED ONE OR NOT ALL... WHAT HAPPENED?

Depending on what kind of item you have ordered the manufacturing process can take longer for one than the other. The item that is complete may be shipped immediately and not waiting for the completion of the other item(s). We try to get your items to your doorstep promptly.

+ HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We, Uptown Smart, meet all of the PCI compliance standards. This means that we comply with the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and and purchase from our online store. Our entire website uses encryption and the checkout process uses multiple level of encryption to make your online shopping experience safe and secure.
